We provide transportation-related services, including dry van freight transportation, dedicated lanes, expedited freight, local and regional transportation, and related logistics support.

Molina Logistics Group primarily provides transportation using 53-foot dry van equipment.
Unless specifically agreed to in writing, Molina Logistics Group does not transport:
Refrigerated or temperature-controlled freight
Hazardous materials
Hazardous chemicals
Freight requiring specialized equipment not available through Molina Logistics Group
Illegal, prohibited, or improperly documented goods
Customers are responsible for accurately describing all freight before transportation is accepted.
5. Quote Requests
Any rate, estimate, or quote provided through the website, email, telephone, or other communication is subject to confirmation.
A quote may be based on information including:
Pickup and delivery locations
Shipment weight
Commodity
Pallet count
Dimensions
Requested pickup and delivery dates
Loading and unloading requirements
Equipment requirements
Accessorial services
If shipment information changes after a quote is provided, pricing may also change.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, requesting a quote does not create a binding transportation agreement.
6. Accuracy of Shipment Information
Customers, shippers, brokers, and other parties requesting transportation are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipment information.
This includes, when applicable:

Weight
Dimensions
Quantity or pallet count
Pickup location
Delivery location
Appointment requirements
Special handling instructions
Loading or unloading requirements
Any known safety concerns
Molina Logistics Group may rely on the information provided when determining whether to accept a shipment and when calculating rates.
Additional charges may apply if the actual shipment differs materially from the information originally provided.
7. Pickup and Delivery Times
Pickup and delivery dates and times may be estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement.
Transportation may be affected by circumstances outside Molina Logistics Group’s reasonable control, including:
Traffic
Weather
Road closures
Accidents
Mechanical issues
Facility delays
Loading or unloading delays
Government actions
Natural disasters
Labor disruptions
Emergency conditions
Other transportation disruptions
Molina Logistics Group will make reasonable efforts to provide timely service and shipment updates but cannot guarantee that delays will never occur.
8. Detention, Layover, and Additional Services
Additional charges may apply for services or circumstances not included in the original transportation rate.
These may include:
Detention
Layovers
Truck ordered but not used
Additional stops
Redelivery
Storage
Driver assistance
Lumper services
Changes in pickup or delivery location
Excessive loading or unloading delays
Other accessorial services
Applicable charges may be included in a rate confirmation, transportation agreement, invoice, or other written communication.
9. Cargo Responsibility
Customers and shippers are responsible for properly packaging, labeling, securing, and preparing freight for transportation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Molina Logistics Group may decline freight that appears unsafe, improperly packaged, improperly documented, damaged before pickup, or unsuitable for dry van transportation.
Cargo claims are subject to applicable transportation laws, insurance requirements, shipping documentation, and any written agreement governing the shipment.
10. Prohibited Freight
You may not knowingly tender illegal, prohibited, dangerous, or misrepresented freight to Molina Logistics Group.
Any hazardous material must be fully disclosed before transportation is requested.
Because Molina Logistics Group does not currently offer hazardous-material transportation, hazardous materials should not be tendered to Molina Logistics Group unless the company has expressly agreed otherwise in writing and all legal requirements have been satisfied.
11. Brokers and Third Parties
Molina Logistics Group may work with shippers, manufacturers, freight brokers, carriers, owner-operators, facilities, and other transportation-related parties.
Third parties may have their own contracts, terms, policies, and responsibilities.
Molina Logistics Group is not responsible for the independent actions, websites, systems, or policies of third parties except where liability is imposed by applicable law or a written agreement.
12. Owner-Operator and Carrier Inquiries
Information submitted through the website by prospective owner-operators, carriers, or drivers does not create an employment, contractor, carrier, or agency relationship.
Any relationship with an owner-operator, carrier, or other transportation provider is subject to separate approval, insurance requirements, compliance review, contractual documentation, and any other requirements established by Molina Logistics Group.
13. Payment Terms
Payment terms for transportation services will be established through invoices, rate confirmations, contracts, credit agreements, or other written arrangements.
Customers are responsible for paying all valid transportation charges and applicable accessorial charges according to the agreed payment terms.
Failure to make timely payment may result in collection activity, suspension of services, or other remedies available under applicable law or contract.
